When we first arrived at the hotel, we were a little shocked at the entrance. Yes, we knew it was a 2-star hotel, but it was priced almost the same as our 4-star Tokyo hotel, so we were expecting a little better than what we encountered. This hotel is a family establishment and the woman who is at the front desk is friendly and speaks enough English to communicate.
