Reserved a room for 3 people over the phone--only on arriving did they inform us that they had no rooms big enough for 3. They instead required that we book an additional room, nearly doubling the original cost. Stayed here on Oct 2007 for 2 days. Hotel is located 10 mins walk to Namba station exit. Hotel website permitted 2 months ahead reservations. Hotel staffs provide excellent service, very courteous and helpful. Room - clean, with air cond, hot water, small fridge & tv, adequate lights.
