Sometimes the thought of staying in yet another International Hotel makes looking for an alternative essential to keeping sane. Again I was in Kulala Lumpur and this time wanted something more home like. The Nomad hit the spot and I will stay again. It's just up the hill from Bangsar shopping centre and still close to the city. Booking in... More

We stayed at the end of dec 2012 for 4 nights. The hotel is clean, the rooms are big, Good location, the service was very good with a friendly prompt staff. Checking and out just took minutes. The only drawbacks were the carpet in the room smelled bad, the AC , though very cool, were noisy, and the gym equipment... More

Booked the Nomad at short notice via 'AsiaRooms'. On arrival, extremely polite and efficient staff got us signed in and taken over to our twin bedroom suite, which was immaculate, well equipped and overlooked a really very nice pool. Parking facilities were excellent, as were the security arrangements. Perhaps the best aspect of the Nomad is the location. It's a... More

I had read great things about this place and as we wanted to be at Bangsar we chose this place. As the 2 bedroom apartments were not available, I booked a 1 bedroom apartment (as 2 kids under 12 can stay for free) almost 3 weeks in advance through a reputable hotel booking website and had stated as a special... The apartments are located in an upmarket area of KL, close to 2 shopping centres, one of which is a short walk away. The Bangsar shopping centre a little further away has some excellent shops and plenty of good places to eat. The rooms are quite good but a little spartan and tend to lack a lot of items for... More

Having checked out of Hilton Sentral earlier than planned we were recommended Nomad by family who live in Bangsar. What a breath of fresh air it turned out to be! Clean spacious fully serviced apartment, with functioning kitchen -if you want to cook on holiday that is! Even though one bedded it had plenty of space to move around. Extremely... More

We have tried a number of hotels in Kuala Lumpur, but fitting two adults and three children (two of them teenagers) proved very difficult in conventional hotel rooms. We found the Nomad last year and have been back several times. It's in a good location in Bangsar. (It does mean that ideally you should be able to drive.) There are... More

Great overall experience. Close to expat area easy access to KL sentral etc. Travelling with 3 kids, it was nice to have a self contained apartment. We will keep using it as a base for next visit to KL.
