They messed up our agoda booking. No record of it. Front desk staff was very difficult to communicate with, both in Malay and English. Eventually another room was sorted out for us. Sound insulation between rooms poor. Overall I consider it good value considering the room and location. I would not stay there again.

They promise, all in but you get ; no water in the toilet, no toilet paper, no light in the shower, no breakfast, no showergell and a VERY rude (mr Jack) as a manager. the manager was not even availeble for any discussions !!
