Quick trip for work and the hotel was good but I would not say great. Good: Easy to spot staff in arrivals hall of KLIA. I think this hotel is over-rated. The service is so-so and the breakfast spread is woeful. The worst part of it is the billing system. They double-charged me on my stay and wanted to over-charge on a quick check-out which I stupidly agreed to because they were taking far too long at check out. This hotel's strength is its location. The nearest Monorail station is a hop, skip and jump from the lobby. The staff at the Sheraton Imperial have the balance between giving you space and always being there when you need them absolutely perfect. This is a lovely building but the staff we exceptional. My visit was a part of a conference. The conference facilites and the staff involved in that side of things were fantastic. more
