I stayed 1 night in the West Wing at this large hotel. The room was a very good size, clean and with large bathroom. Bed was very comfortable. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Convenient location to the sky train. more

The hotel is very good for a 4 star hotel and its location is great. You should book the east wing and ask for a high floor room with a view. The skyline in KL is fantastic (Petronas towers but not only them)! As a downside, I would mention the old furniture. more

Our 6-night stay at the Renaissance was very enjoyable and I would recommend the hotel absolutely. There’s a security checkpoint at the entrance of each wing; bags are checked and you have to walk through a metal detector. It’s mostly show though and will surely not prevent any terrorist attack.
