well had a very bad experiance when the room service refused to send water as they dont have 24 hrs room service on top of it the receptionist told me to go and buy the water from outside that was totally inhuman. more

Nice 4star hotel. Service by all staff was good. We booked a Deluxe room which was spacious and neat. Hotel location is very near to Monorail. Breakfast was not to expectation. Overall experience was good. Will definately go back more
