This hotel is not up to the advertised standard. The room furniture and fittings were poor and in very poor condition. There was no satellite/cable TV as advertised. The response to complaints was, in a word, "tough". The pool is nice, the restaurant OK and the location handy to transport (but it is a shady area at night). not great... more

The staff were very courteous at the reception and the Bell desk responded very fast. Rooms although a bit small are neat and clean. Pool is neat and clean with a lifeguard available at all times Restaurant serves tasty Malay and Chinese foods which we enjoyed. Overall the service is good and we enjoyed our stay more

nice hotel with good delux rooms. Beautiful ambience, near the twin towers. The only flaw is no provision of internet services in the rooms and the one which is available in the lobby is at an exobirant cost. The breakfast is lavish but not good for veggy lovers. Staff is helpful more
