The waiters just do not respond to your calls until you have really called them thrice at least, and their service (hahaha..) is with a frown as if they are doing you a favour. The location is great bang in the middle of the KL. That is about all that this hotel has got going for it. Asked for non smoking rooms - got smoking rooms.
