Dark dingy rooms, smelly and stained bedlinen, cramped and dirty bathroom, awful location, unpalatable breakfast buffet. In a nutshell: Avoid at all cost. Plus, more than one helpful taxi driver advised me that the area was unsafe, and not to venture into the nearby streets late evening/night. The hotel is close to a train station though. more

My friends and I got to the hotel at 11am. We had to wait for 1 hour before our room was ready (even though we had emailed reception to advise our ETA). The hotel lift is old and can get scary! The carpets in the bedroom are worn out and smells. Our bed sheets looked like it hadn't been washed.... more

The website we booked this hotel with gave it a 3.5 stars. However, in reality this hotel is 1 star if not less. It is away from the centre of KL by 3 miles at least. The most disappointing thing, is that it is dirty, the bathroom is full of cockroaches and our room did not even have a window!... more
