Great location as close to Pavillion shopping centre. Staff very friendly. Breakfast was good with both local and western foods. Rooms were spacious and well fitted out. Swimming pool is good but not very deep - and had to ask for service of food and drink whereas someone should be always on patrol.

Location was very good as it is centralize. Nearby to the LRT/Monorail. Hotel room is clean but the rooms and carpet seems well-worn. We had some issues with the wifi service. But overall stay is pleasant.
