After seven nights Alila Villas Hadahaa is every bit as good as it looks and sounds. Fantastic untapped location, great staff, food & privacy, coupled with considered, contemporary design to create a boutique resort that touches the island lightly. We thoroughly recommend Alila Villas Hadahaa to anyone looking for that dream island escape. more

having been many times in Maldives I have finnaly found the place that I will come back to again. The hotel just opened a few months back and is in perfect condition. Finally a hotel that has a design that thought out of the box from the many deluxe hotels in Maldives. This one is stunning. Great range of activities including... more

General impressions of Alila are very good. A number of improvements are necessary before they will really be a 5 star resort, but they are moving in the right direction. Diving: A very friendly school, serious and professional, but nevertheless relaxed. Most dive sites are 40 to 70 mins away by dhoni, so most days they do a two-tank dive... more

It takes a bit of work to get there, but it's so worth it. And I've never felt so 'away from it all'. The island is gorgeous and the villas are beautifully designed. We stayed in island villas 29 and 30 which were private and just a few steps from our own stretch of beach. Loved that each villas has... more

Alila Hadahaa is truly a distinguished resort with breath-taking beauty. The island is quite small probably 200 sqm in diameter, surrounded by the infinite stretch of the sea giving you a sense of seclusion but never allowing you to feel trapped. The water is crystal clear and the sand is white and fluffy which means you can stay barefoot all... more

we stayed in Alila Villas Hadahaa for 5 days during the fist week of November and I would say this was the best holiday we ever had. We travel frequently and having stayed at some of the other high class resorts in Maldives, I would rate Alila Villas as the best resort in the Maldives. During the month of October... more

Our expectations were exceeded during our nine day stay at this luxurious resort. Everything is brand new and the staff consistently positive. The service was excellent! Transfers were handled professionally, the brief flight from Male to the resort atoll and then short boat ride were a delight. More than enough to take in visibly during your journey to the resort... more

I had such high expectations for this resort at is new and the travel company recommended it highly. I must say that I have never before been so disappointed by a holiday. The resort is very poorly laid out and not designed for a tropical environment. Wind and rain come blasting through both restaurants and you cannot enjoy your meals.... more
