Our expectations were exceeded during our nine day stay at this luxurious resort. Everything is brand new and the staff consistently positive. The service was excellent! I had such high expectations for this resort at is new and the travel company recommended it highly. I must say that I have never before been so disappointed by a holiday. The resort is very poorly laid out and not designed for a tropical environment. Wind and rain come blasting through both restaurants and you cannot enjoy your meals.... more
