2 things was very bad. 1st we were there for a week and during this time we didn't have bathrobes and slippers when i asked for it they said, they don't have it but after 5 days I found it in our wardrobe! 2nd The food was really bad, they mixed our orders couple of times as well. But 3... more

Just returned from our honeymoon and couldn't really fault it at all. Only small problem was we were promised an upgrade to a water bungalow before we arrived but on arrival were told that their where none avaliable as they were fully booked, but we loved our beach cottage very clean spacious and loved the outdoor bathroom. Don't expect it... more

We've just returned from our 5th visit to the Full Moon and yet again cannot fault it one bit (was like being at home but only better!). We were half board and the food in the main restaurant was great - there is now a buffet every night as opposed to a mixture of set menu and buffet. Its the... more

My fiancee and I have just returned from a wonderful 7 day stay in a water bungalow at Sheraton Maldives Full Moon resort and we easily describe it as our finest holiday yet. This was our first time in the Maldives and we had bombarded the resort with many e-mails before going as we were unsure what to expect having... more

We have just returned from an amazing week at the Full Moon Resort & Spa. You will be hard pushed to find a better resort in my opinion although in keeping with some of the latest reviews about the FM this island is not cheap!! If travelling to this resort be prepared for some hefty restuarant bills especially if travelling... more

The Full Moon is a beautiful resort on it's own private atoll island. In May 2008 we stayed in two deluxe over-water bungalow suites (one couple and one family with small children). The rooms were amazing....perched atop stilts in the shallows of the Indian Ocean with their own private decks overlooking crystal clear waters. Fish swim around the rooms and... more

This was my second trip in 3 months to Maldives and I spent quite a bit of time selecting this resort. I needed somewhere close to Male and this resort certainly ticks that box, being around 15 minutes to the airport and about 20 to Male. I had concerns this would ruin the experience but it actually didn't bother me... more

The hotel is very good and beautiful and the island it is situated on is wonderful. The water in Maldives is just outstanding. The problem is with the service. The people of the hotel are just too cheap and rude. Everything is frightfully expensive (food, travel) and the staff never smiles and does not want to even listen to your... more

My wife and I spend 10 nights on a 2nd honeymoon, in a Water Villa. This was our first time in the Maldives, and booked the Full Moon as we are SPG members. We however booked through Kuoni as the price differential between a tour operator and booking direct with Sheraton was huge - 10 nights was the same cost... more
