Can i give negative stars? This place is old and rickety, the staff are rude, the food terrible. Its only plus is its location right on Beau Vallon beach. Other than that i would stay away from the hotel and if any tour operator tries to send you there i would avoid them too!! more

We stayed at the Berjaya Hotel for our honeymoon, and it was quite nice. We stayed in the deluxe suites, and I would definately recommend the extra costs, all the other rooms are in the main building and don't have a balcony or a porch. room are run down, ants all over the walls! you can hear everything from rooms on top/adjacent. toilet was cleaned properly, last guests hairs all over the 'clean' sheets. food overpriced, staff rude! need i say no more? beautiful location, pool etc, a refurbishment of the rooms would be great & maybe some customer service training for staff! more

The beds are comfortable and the rooms, bathrooms are clean. The airconditioning works, thankfully. The hotel infrastructure is clearly old, rickety wooden room doors, and old but well maintained furnishings. The hotel superior room was good value for money, although it has no view of the sea which is a pity ! The access to the beach is great and we found all staff friendly and helpful. It would be nice to have some entertainment at night especially for those who are not casino keen. more

In our opinion this is a resort which probably had its "golden time" 15 - 20 years ago. As frequent travellers,airline staff, we are used to different kind of service levels, what we experienced here was really rock bottom.
