This 'hotel' is more a 30 year old building in which some owners' units are available for individual nightly or longer letting.
Reception is not at ground level, as the latter is occupied by many recruitment agencies for Filipino 'OFWs' (overseas contract workers), mostly bound for the Middle East. Security guards are posted at each of the two entrances but in reality anyone who wished to gain entrance to the building could do so easily.
I have stayed here twice and the unit you get (and its quality) seems a little 'hit or miss.'
The first room in which I stayed was acceptable, although the bathroom was rather small. There is plenty of storage space and a balcony, which of course heats up during the day.
Airconditioning units are noisy. While I am not a light sleeper, I had to switch it off before going to sleep and switch it on again in the middle of the night (briefly) after the room temperature rose.
There is no on site restaurant...
