The reception personnel was accommodating and classy.. speaks fluently in English.. Reception area is cozy and cute.. They have welcome drinks of your choice but you need to avail it on your date of arrival.. Really nice room, nice atmosphere, perfect and charmcharming staff. If it would be for the location (dodgy area) it would be the best place in manilla. The restaurant is also really good just missing a little bit more of local food.

Stayed an extra night as businesses closed for a holiday mid week. Close to government buildings. Decent food. Steps are pretty steep so request ground floor if you don't like to hike.
