Will never go back again, felt cheated out of one day, they charged me even without me staying there.I confirmed the date with the front desk. When I arrived they did not have a room for me and already charged my credit card. They said no record of me calling in and would not give me a refund. Watch out for this hotel. more

This has to be one of the worst hotels I stayed in. Service at the front desk is incredibly slow at anything. Was forced to wait 1 hour for a room at 3pm (reservations was made weeks ahead). Furniture & fittings aged. "Hotel taxi" a complete ripoff-tried to charge triple the amount 4 going a third of the distance. (First... more

I had booked a 6 night stay through an acency which ment i was paying around £31 per night ,which to me is well... more

Here's the email I sent to Hotel Managment: I am emailing to complain about the disgusting service with which you treated my fiance yesterday. After a long day, my fiance with her 8 yr old daughter went to there to check in.We reserved the room using my credit card, and they refused to give her the room she already reserved... more

We arrived at the Bayview Park Hotel at about lunchtime, and walked into quite an attractive lobby. We had a reservation, which was dealt with fairly rapidly, and then at the end of the registration procedure we were asked for a deposit of 1000PHP. I must say it's the first time at any hotel, anywhere in the world, that I... more

I stayed in this hotel for 2 nights during my short trip to Manila. My itinerary during my time in Manila was packed, so I really only needed a place to rest my head. The room itself was comfortable, everything worked in it and the bed was clean…which was a plus. Yes I did spot a couple of bugs crawling... more

When you book this hotel in their own web site it is said that breakfast is included the price. We visited there last Christmas and when we went to eat breakfast they said it is not included and we should pay about 1000 pesos for breakfast. I think that is cheating and I recommend to avoid this hotel if you... more

This is a standard three star hotel, but a good one at that. Don't expect anything special, but what you would expect for such a hotel are of high quality. The rooms have a certain 80's look to them, which I found charming. Also there is a big open space in the middle of the hotel which I personally liked.... more

I wanted to stay with a friend at a slightly nicer hotel this trip. We had personal business to take care of at the US Embassy and at Philippines Immigration. The hotel is just across Roxas Blvd from Manila Bay and the US Embassy. Immigration is a short cab ride away at Intramuros. A short walk away on the bay... more
