I was Memsey's holiday companion on this trip and have to say I agree with the comments made. We booked via an English travel company so naturally assumed there would be other English/British people in the hotel - wrong!! We have just returned from a 2 week stay at this hotel & would definately NOT recommed it for British visitors. The staff spoke very little or no English & made no effort to make us feel welcome, infact very much the opposite, they were surly & made use feel very unwelcome.
