The location and setting was superb but no way is this 5 Star Deluxe Resort (more like 3 Star). Tour operators need to be more inquisitive on grading holiday locations and not be flannelled by Hotel Management. Tour operator companies need to carry out constant checks throughout the season booking in as guests and see what really goes on when Hotel Management are not aware of their presence.
The Hotel was spoiled by poor accommodation (especially room D - 4109) cleanliness in and around the complex, no entertainment and disinterested staff. Reception staff received many complaints from visitors but little help or comfort was received. This was a fully inclusive resort were you had to pay for water and the use of the safe. A deposit of £5 pounds was required for a beach towels (you were given a beach card) but you had to ensure you kept your receipt. A family departing on our arrival had 6 towels but no receipt and they lost their £30.00 pound deposit.
