The staff is great...very helpful although they don't speak much english. I have just returned from my holiday with my daughter in bantur naz. When i arrived i can't say i liked the room as it was like a prison cell. Ignore the bad reviews, this hotel was great. Yes the rooms were small but air con was only £2.00 per day, which made a world of difference.
