Stayed there for a week and the service was awful, the food inedible was same for lunch as tea only food on offer was rice, salad, pasta dish, veg, meatballs and a lamb stew was only dishes we saw all week apart from last night and they did some chicken. The 'hotel' was a complete JOKE. We had no hot water for seven days! and the toilet didn't flush for two days. The staff were about as helpful as a dead cat and couldn't speak a word of english. I would never stay at this hotel again, not even if it was free! more

Left 16th August, I can only reitterate the previous complaints, it was absolutely disgusting. Not as advertised at all......Unclean, dangerous wiring, dreadful cold food, no international food, we ate bread the whole holiday. Kept running out of vodka, the only drink available other than beer or murky wine!!! Nothing for kids, totally unhelpful staff.......DONT GO THERE!! more

this hotel is not set up for british tourists & their children as their is no activities day or night for them & all- inclusive is terrible especially for children as they dont cater for them rooms remind me of cell block H as for bathroom cleanliness dont think they know what that is more

All inclusive!! yes but with worst cola, beer. Only local drink "Raki" was the original. Meal was better than local drinks. But only salads were good. Rooms were so small. if u r overweighted, u can not have shower, u can not use toilet. And the worst thing was the water problem. There is no fresh water in the rooms.... more
