We also stayed here from 26 October to 2 November. It wasn't perfect, but our experience was overall very positive. Arrival - plane on time, transfers quick and smooth, check in very good (3 am too!). Rooms - had 2 rooms together, both good, quite clean. arrived back on Tuesday 27th and can say that this was by far the worst holiday I have ever had! The people were all lovely, and the staff would go out of there way for you .. it was nice to 'chill out' for a week BUT.. the food was awfull and very repetitive. OK, Iike everybody else I read the reviews on here and I must admit I went with some trepidation to this hotel after hearing the horror stories. First of all it is not 5* it is perhaps 2*+.
