The whole place is shabby and in dire need of some tlc and a complete overhaul. The only good thing about it was the pool and the staff were quite friendly but didn't understand a word you were saying. We stayed at the Dost with 24hrs notice after our original tour operator(scott Travel went bust) we should have been in icmelar so going to Gumbet was a new experience for us. i have just spent 2 weeks at this small, but very friendly hotel in Gumbet...near Bodrum. .. yes the room was basic...but very clean...bedding and towels changed every 2 days........lots of hot water available all day......
