Hotel is cheap and cheerful, more than adequate for a young group of friends. Located 5 minutes walk from beach on Bar Street, so if you're looking for an early night or a relaxing holiday try elsewhere! more
I went to the Alkan in Sept 2004 - great location, on Bar Street so shops and bars right on your doorstep, the beach a 5 min stroll down the gentle hill, the Dolmus bus stop right outside to get to Bodrum, taxi's right outside to explore nearly beaches.
The hotel bar was great with breakdancers to entertain us -they even tried to teach us a few moves!
Very nice staff - Tolga the hotel manager was great and told us all the best places to visit. Thanks for a lovely holiday!
