Stayed in this place for a week just back the Manager is called Paco and he is a right let down and of no help at all. I dont know how this man could get a job as a manager he could not have done any kind of customer care at all, ran round all day giving off to people... more

WE travelled as a party of 4 to Gumbet in June 2008. The apts we picked whilst booking was Ucak. We found all the staff to be very friendly and helpful. The barman Paco was the entertainer around the poolside throughout the day and night with his jokes, and magic tricks. The maid was around the apts each day cleaning... more

There are some bad reviews written about the Ucak Apartments (pronounced U-Jack!), however in my opinion considering this is only classed as 2* accomodation, it fitted our purpose very well and by no means was on par with some of the "horror stories" you might be expecting to find having read other reviews on the internet.
