Waited and waited... and waited to be checked in, finally the receptionist finished her conversation with the security guard. Were taken to room by porter, i thought we had been teleported to the great wall of china, just as many steps!!... more

Ditto other comments about steps. Dangerous for young children who could fall off steps with no handrail or climb through balustrading! But Turkey seems to be a million years from 'health and safety concious' UK. Got a little fed up with very loud music around the pool with repetitive play list - mostly songs about wanting to 'sit on your... more

We were a party of two girls and arrived at this hotel at around 4am. We were led down a flight of steep steps in pitch blackness to room 411. The outside of the rooms were stinking with dirty plates and broken glass lying around and when we entered the room it was not much better. The room was grotty... more

The main problem we had was the food after 4 days of eating at the hotel I got gastroenteritis and was admitted to hospital. After talking to other guests I discovered they also had... more

The only real fault for me was that the food was 'ok' but then again its a 4 star and very cheap. What do you expect? Not great for a fussy eater, which i am but there's still chips, and rice, salad, chicken so i was more then happy to tuck into that. plus there were burgers and chips on... more

Myself and a friend wanted a cheap all inclusive holiday and upon first impressions when we arrieved at 6 am the hotel was nice. Reception area is spacious and very nice but we were then taken to our room, 138, down numerous steps and a steep ramp. When we were shown our room we were impressed as we had 3... more
