we returned from our second stay at the kivanc in gumbet on aug 6th 2007, the hotel is great, clean and friendly. the staff are always happy to help with absolutley anything, we broke our shower and our door and as soon as i had asked for help they were instantly fixed. no-one hassles you for tips and the hotel... more

I recently stayed in the Kivanc apartments and considering my anxieties about the trip before ariving i was pleasentley suprised about the accomadation. It's my 4th time i've been to Turkiye but this one was the worst, in Germany people told all hotels in Gumbet were great, although i agree with them except Kivanch freak Hotel services and its stuff. It's on the top of the hill in Gumbet, can clearly be seen but has no amazing sight. I found beds dirty enough... more

Great value for us. We are just about fit and fifty. We go once or twice a year to the Kivanc because it has sufficient for us to instantly relax. What an amzing holiday. Went July 2005. Friendly helpful manager who even drove us to the hospital when my friend was injured. Amazing, beautiful views from many rooms but best from the terrace/pool area. Big pool. Good bar open til late. 5 mins from the heart of Gumbet. Basic rooms but all you really need.
