Because of flight delay arrived just before breakfast ended on first day. Nothing left to eat & none of the staff seemed to care. Dried apricots or dried sultanas were the only fruit available for breakfast every day. There was no cloth to hold the bread whilst cutting therefore everyone held it in their hands & the toaster didn't work... more

This holiday was one of the best Ive had.. I have been to Gumbet before and was not dissapointed. I paid for a budget holiday so didnt have many expectations. my friend and i arrived at 2 in morning the staff took our luggage up to the room. was very small but clean. fresh towels every day and cleaned every day. nothing was a problem for the staff they were all helpfull. pool was abit needing repair and as you said i think vodka was watered down. but plenty food... more

4th time to Gumbet this year and the worst of the 4 hotels. Few issues at check in with them not finding original booking. We'd asked for rooms in same block but this wasn't possible. Rooms v small. Damp up walls and horrible smell. There were no other rooms to move to apparently so we put up and shut up.... more

t he food was lovely as were the staff.there seems to be to much interference from the managers who were always about.the food is turkish so dont expect pie and chips.the hotel is pretty much wheelchair friendly.norman lovatt macclesfield. more
