Went last week to the opening party at the Asiyan Hotel. Superb food and one of the best pools in Kalkan. Great bar and fabulous music, played quietly.
Bedrooms are all good size and charmingly decorated .
Public areas excellent. Open to the public (non- residents) for drinks, meals, swimming and staff very friendly and helpful.
Great location and all amenities.

Hi i was at the Asiyan in aug this year.When i first got there my family and i were not quite sure of the place but that was because it was 5 o'clock in the morin which ment it was pich dark lol.We found the rooms nice but not a lot of room and the phone did not work.The pool was lovely,the Bar was also nice but closed early and after it closed there was nowhere to sit.The Staff were not 2 friendly at the start but came round as the holiday went on.so it was a good hoilday i think if they had entertainment at night it would be much better and think that it could be inproved in some ways,But in sayin that we are booked up again 4 Aug next yr.
