we have been traveling to turkey for 15 year's and the water ville is the WORST hotel we have the miss fortune to stop in room cleaned if you are lucky hot water hit and miss bedding not changed for two week's even complaining to the managment had no response. the hotel in genral was filthy more
first time staying at waterville found the hotel spotlessly clean although would say in need of some updating but understand is being done at the end of the season . the staff couldnt have been more helpful and friendly. pool and sunbathing area was top class and kept spotless. the hotel was in an exellent position yards from the beach... more

This is an ok hotel, staff were friendly, we had no problems with food but did only eat breakfast here which is typicaly turkish & suited us & most others. New management have run down what should be a lovely hotel. Wonderful location, lovely pool - but appalling food hygiene & measly portions + poor standards of cleanliness spoiled our holiday.
