I stayed during winter, so I can't really comment on the beach.. but the property and the room were immaculate! I was very comfortable in a 1 bedroom. It even had a large jacuzzi tub in the room as well! I did enjoy leaving the patio door cracked so I could listen to the ocean while I slept. It seems... more

We were highly disappointed for the amount of money we paid per night to stay at Peppertree. We took the stairs because the elevator was beyond small not to mention very dirty and filthy looking. The front windows wouldn't stay up(without putting the utensils in to hold it as we saw our neighbors had done) We complained immediately and was... more

My husband, 3 year old daughter and I, stayed here in March. We loved it. Still a little cool to swim in the ocean, but we loved walking along the seashore and finding shells. There was a nice indoor heated pool and fun activities planned for the kids each day, including an Easter egg hunt.. Our room was roomy =)... more

This is a resort, not just your run of the mill hotel. Gated entry with security, beautiful beaches, multiple pools, and immaculate grounds. The area also has great fishing, attractions for the young, world class aquarium, and historic sites. The rooms were in excellent condition (I later found out they replace the furnishings every three years.) They have events planned... more

Just returned today, Sept 2, from meeting friends at Peppertree for the week. Could have been worse, but could have been better. *Our friends checked in before us and said the staff was rude. *When I called the resort to check on my friends' arrival, no answer at the front desk, then, after the 3rd call, they answered and laid... more

The condo was very nice. Seems to have been recently updated. We were in building 31. This is the very farthest building from the beach. The walk to the beach was probably a 5 or 6 minute walk lugging the beach gear. This building, however, was very near the indoor pool (very nice) and the hot tub. There were a... more

We stayed at Peppertree Villas over the weekend of July 20-22,2007. The resort was clean and very lovely. It is a nice place for families with young kids. They have really nice pools, and the beach was great. They offer game rooms and activities, but they closed at 5:00pm, which was not very convienant. The 2 bedroom condo was very... more

We stayed at Peppertree the week of July 22nd. We're owners of a resale unit in bldg 17 which was very convenient to everything and a short walk to the beach. The resort is lovely and well maintained. There are several play areas for kids and nice sitting areas with benches, swings and gazebos. Our unit appeared to have fairly... more

Stayed in 2A2. It was quiet and newly & nicely decorated. Did not care for the ants on the kitchen table and in the Master Bath, or the 2 cockroaches that ran across the living room, but it was taken care of. The pool was very nice and clean! You can rent umbrellas & chairs for $10 a day....beware they... more
