Owners were very helpful and friendly during our 3 night stay. Woke up the first morning and car would not start. Owner got his tools and tightened the battery cables on our car. This is a nice little motel with nice owners. I probably put their patience to the test with my daughter spilling cranberry juice on the seat cushions out front which Sam quickly cleaned and sprayed the walk off to keep the ants from taking over which I totally understood. I just ended a stay at the Sand Dollar with my husband and our three sons. As my title states, it really is the perfect place to relax. Sam and Patricia are very kind and helpful. sam and trish are the most gracious and pleasant hosts i have encountered this year. they really have a grasp on what it means to run a small family hotel. i recommend them for your stay any time you are in atlantic beach. more

The Room was clean enough... but the TV was in the front room..
