This is a very good deal for families, especially younger kids. From the oceanfront pool, playground, bikes, watermelon parties, FREE breakfast - something for everyone. Yes, this place has a playground and bikes and stuff for kids, but it's all a little ramshackle and kinda dirty. We had mold on the shower curtain, a toilet that leaked and ran constantly. The beds were not comfortable- slanted in one direction. The breakfast was lacking decent protein, consisting of fruit cups and cereal and held outside where the gulls attacked any plate not defended. This is a very friendly and accomodating hotel. It is ideal for families with young children since the hotel has such a large selection of things to do on its grounds.
