The hotel has very friendly front desk staff and clean rooms. The Bistro is a great place to wind down at the end of the night and Kelly is one of the best bartenders. Every time I come to the Akron from Chicago, I always stay at the Courtyard Akron Montrose.

I have stayed here a few times and each time it has been great. Great business stay. Rooms are clean and fairly large. It is in a great central location to a lot of areas and food and shopping is very close. Would highly recommend.

When I am in Akron this is where I always stay for business trips. Hotel is clean, beds are comfortable, like the bistro for breakfast. I have to say that I am typically a hotel snob and wouldn't normally stay at a Courtyard by choice. I was staying in Akron for an early meeting and this was the closest option. The service has been incredible! The hotel is also very clean, the room is great. Very pleasantly surprised.
