This property was very clean, close to Mount Union College and the staff was very friendly. We were given a nice room and the bed was very comfortable. We were in town for a Hall of Fame induction for my brother and it was perfect for our needs.

Overall the hotel was decent. Some of the negatives are hard to overlook though. Some feces? (yes!) on the toilet paper bracket and a 3rd floor ice machine that was louder than the plane I flew on to get there. Other than this, the room was clean. I recently stayed for three nights at the Holiday Inn in Alliance. It is what it is, but the people seem to make the difference including the lady that looked after the breakfast. She is a keeper.

Staff is very helpful and friendly. Hotel is centrally located near restaurants and shopping. Clean rooms. Complimentary breakfast was a good way to start the day. I will be back.
