I stayed at America's Best Value Inn in mid March 2009 during a brief business trip to NE Ohio. The staff were extremely accomodating and friendly. Front desk staff very unprofessional. They played around with the rates like we were wheeling & dealing. Complimentary breakfast was a joke, no where to even sit down.
