We travel all over Oklahoma and try to frequent the better motels. Best Western, Ramada Inn and Holiday Inn are usually our preference. The Ramada Inn in Altus is a sorry excuse for a motel. On check in, the first room was not even cleaned. In request for a different room I was met with much resistance and complete disdain. The second room had no towels and the bathroom was dirty. I would in no way recommend this hotel. more

On 4/17 I had the misfortune to spend the night in the Ramada Inn in Altus Ok. The room was dirty, the linens and pillows were worn completely out. The bath room was terrible. The Altus Ramada Inn is ok...if your only concern is a bed, a tv, and a shower (don't expect nice, large towels, though). Beyond that, it's not too impressive. Unfortunately, the only place better is Best Western, and a quick glance affirms that. Consequently, the Best Western is often booked, and that leaves the next "best" thing - Ramada Inn.... more
