Okay, the hotel was clean, I expected this of Holiday Inn Express. The beds were comfortable, also expected. This stay was great because of the staff. Although it was a busy weekend in Altus (family reunions, OSAI parents and visitors, class reunions) we were greeted with smiles and prompt service. We have a difficult time finding motels that will allow our family of two adults and four children to stay together in one room. Most cite fire ordinances as the reason. This hotel is obviously not very old. The rooms were large, bed was very comfortable, It was nice having a HDTV in the room. I have found my new favorite hotel in altus. I'll be back. more
