I have long looked forward to an opportunity to attend the Shakespeare Festival in Ashland, Oregon. How could I imagine that the pleasures of staying at the Albion Inn and getting aquainted with the proprietor, Cyd Robb, would provide happier memories than the play we saw. Mrs Robb provided us with rooms beautifully furnished with antiques, complete living space to... more

Hard to know where to start...so let's start with Syd the most friendly innkeeper ever! And, she is a wonderful cook so get ready for terrific breakfasts. She is dedicated to "no chemicals" and so all her food is fresh and clean and tasty. She offers snacks on the buffet sideboard all day and lovely sherry as well. The inn... more

My husband and I recently stayed at the Albion Inn and recommend it highly. The hosts, Cyd and Gary, were welcoming and throughout our stay made sure that we were well taken care of, for example, checking to make sure the temperature of the house and our room was to our liking. Our room, which looked over a pretty garden,... more

My stay at the Albion was just delightful! Rooms were beautiful, immaculate and soundproof. Breakfasts made by innkeeper Cyd Ropp were healthy and delicious. Even though they had wi-fi I never used my laptop since guests can check their Email on the Albion living room computer. The Inn is a lovely two block walk from all the action downtown. I... more

We were totally pampered during our 4 day stay. The hosts, Cyd and Gary, were friendly and gracious, the Inn warm and inviting, our room very comfortable, breakfasts were absolutely wonderful, cookies on the buffet were positively yummy! Great location for walking to restaurants, shops and theaters. We are planning to return in August!!! more

My husband & I, recent retirees & Bay Area "Empty Nesters" (youngest is a freshman at CU Boulder), decided to take a leisurely Road Trip with our 2 year old English Bulldog and headed north to Ashland simply because we'd never been there before! Browsing assorted online resources, I stumbled upon Albion Inn and fortunately was able to book 2... more

The Albion was the perfect place for a quiet weekend of grading papers and simply getting out of town for two days. The customer service was excellent - and "green." Cyd & Gary Ropp cook organic breakfasts and provide organic soaps and shower gels at their inn. The abstract art by acclaimed artist Robert Burridge made the inn feel more... more

Charming 5 guest room B&B in charming Ashland; what more could you wish for? Wi-fi, and even Wii in the living room. Quiet (on the library end of town), homey, romantic. Fine even in the off-season; would be a great base for the theater fest. more

Our stay at the Albion was remarkably pleasant and I feel moved to share some of the highlights. We wanted to enjoy some family snow play, so we traveled up from the Bay Area to Ashland. The Albion Inn is close to the Ashland Mountain snow parks, where we were able to enjoy fields of sparkling snow on quiet mountain... more
