We've stayed in about 50 B&Bs over the years all over the world and this was the best! Most people, us included, go to Ashland for the Shakespeare and this is the place to say. This is a nice property. The owners are very friendly and have owned the place for some time. A bit out of town (2 miles or so east) but ample parking.
