This is a wonderful small hotel. We stayed in the "Cialis Room" (two claw foot tubs) and it was perfect for us. The staff, especially Michael, was very helpful with directions and recommendations. The restaurant breakfast was outstanding and our one dinner there was great as well. You can't go wrong with this choice for an Ashland outing..... more

... or there's something wrong with you. Name it, they're doing it: charm, location, friendly show-you-to-your-room-may-I-carry-your-bags service, ten minute walk from downtown, quiet and interesting neighborhood. Adjacent to an excellent, first rate restaurant of the same name, and breakfasts served there in the morning light are also excellent. Sorry I have nothing to complain about. We loved the 2-person jacuzzi... more

Don't stay anywhere else. The Peerless is fabulous -- quiet, meticulously clean, comfortable, historic -- and the restaurant is divine. Best location; surrounded by art galleries yet a five minute walk to main drag and theatres. Around the corner from bike rental. more

The perfect place to stay in Ashland. Small, intimate, great rooms, very nice sun room, Internet service. Great location, next to one of the best restaurants in town run by the Peerless, Noble Coffee next door (great!) and the Place restaurant around the corner. Three block to Main Street. more

Located in a 100 year old refurbished brick boarding house, the Peerless offers almost a perfect stay. The rooms are all individually decorated with charm and whimsy. It is an easy walk to downtown Ashland with its attractions and the Oregon Shakespeare Theaters. You get breakfast with your stay and the food is always innovative and yummy. The Peerless Restaurant... more

The Peerless Hotel is a beautiful merging of old and new. The building is an historic one and the rooms are filled with antiques. All of the features that one looks for when it comes to comfort, however, are the newest and the best. The bedroom is very spacious and comfortable. The sheets are especially luxurious. The bathroom is huge... more

The room (#6) was small but comfortable. Roomy bed, cute decor, and quiet. The breakfast (included in with the stay) at the adjacent Peerless Restaurant) was fabulous. The hotel is a short walk to OSF, Ashland Food Co-op, and there are quite a few art galleries in the neighborhood. I can't think of anyway our stay could have been better,... more

Our recent stay at the Peerless was a delight. It is well appointed, quiet, and the breakfast and dinner experiences we had there were above average. The walk to the theaters was 5 easy blocks. We were particularly impressed with the wait service at breakfast. We will definitely be back. more

We stayed at the Peerless Hotel for one night over Labor Day weekend. Our room -- #5 -- was very clean and beautifully decorated in a Victorian theme. The room also has a large jacuzzi tub that we enjoyed twice. Why take a shower when you can relax in the tub?! The manager, Michael, was very friendly and accommodating, and... more

We stayed for two nights at this lovely hotel as part of a three week road trip from San Diego to Seattle and back. We stayed at a mix of hotels and B&Bs along the way. The Peerless was my favorite, hands down. The hotel is beautiful; the renovation was done with obvious thought and taste. Also, the location is... more
