Pros: Sheets were clean, room was pretty clean, microwave and fridge. Walkway to a Perkins Restaurant next door with other shopping nearby. Check in and out quick and painless. The hotel is family-friendly, pet-friendly, and truly a "happy" place. Housekeeping is friendly and efficient. The desk staff was extremely sensitive to my situation. This was a fairly yucky hotel experience. Shabby furnishings, large bug on ceiling of the room, a sticky substance on the hotel information binder, and coffee splattered on the blowdryer. The breakfast offerings are very minimal. I do not recommend it.
