“Terrible Experience at the Anderson Holiday Inn”

We had a very bad experience at this Holiday Inn. First, they charged us way too much than this room should have cost. Our room was very hot, the AC was busted, maintenance never responed to our repair requests. The foreign man at the front desk was very rude and we couldn`t even understand what he was saying. We Stayed Here Because It Was Close To My Husband'sJob The Weather Was Calling For Freezing Weather.The Staff Was Very Nice. They Found Out My Husband Had To Leave For Work Early, So They Served The Breakfast Earlier,So He Could Eat With No Rush To Leave .It Was A Clean Place To Stay .They Gave Us Free Newspaper ,Great Coffee!... more

Used Priority club website in the lobby to book my reservation. Room high speed internet was "out for a few days" and had to wait for the kids in the lobby to get off the computer. Continential breakfast was delicious and 24-hour Wal-Mart was right across the street. Domino's Pizza delivered to my door and I always carry my bar... more
