Stayed here 7 nights for a business/leisure trip. I spent most of the time away from the hotel, just returning in the evening. My room was rather basic and not very large but nice. We recently spent one night at the Holiday Inn Express in Alcoa, TN while in town for a funeral. We did not make advance reservations, as we weren't really familiar with the area.
