Very clean, very pleasant environment. Very good lighting in parking lot. Large rooms with comfy beds, microwave and refrigerator are very nicely decorated. If you need to stay in Knoxville, Alcoa is not too far away, assuming you have a car. This hotel was farily new, and very nice for the relatively cheap price we paid. The initial service was poor, but that seemed to be because of an incompetant worker. Other than that if you get a good rate, go for it. more
