-house littered with dead bugs -pool filled with dead leaves -no TV or VCR in room -door jam splintered by dead bolt lock -100 acre property now subdivided into about 25 lots with a paved road running the length of it -window duck taped shut in "king" room -log falling off the outside of the house -porch littered with chewed up cushions, dirty dog beds, broken pottery/boxes, and other junk more
