This was the most horrible motel room I have ever seen. We were traveling home from Florida and picked up a travel book at the Tennesse welcome center - in desperate need of a room (Easter travelers - no rooms available) we called the Scottish Inns ( I can understand why they had vacancies) We could hardly understand the person at the desk, he gave us our key and we went to the room and I got sick to my stomach - it STUNK of stale urine (which was all over the bathroom floor) So we went and complained, and he said to take another room - well the next room was the same - I refused to stay there, so he was supposed to void my bill - I am still waiting for that to happen - I will not pay for a room I did not stay in - they are the worst places to stay -
