Hmm where to begin. I arrived Sunday evening and checked into a room, after about 5 mins in there I noticed that there was no microwave and that the wireless internet connection did not reach this room. There was alot of dust on and around the TV. I went to the front desk and they moved me to a different... more

We had called to make a reservation and were told that we would only be charged if we showed up. Now, three days later we have paid them $71 even though we have never seen their property except online and we have spoken to Sammy, the 'manager' about three times and have only gotten the run around. They say they... more

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. They charged us again after already paying through an online booking site. They lost the booking for another traveler with us who had also already paid. The rooms were filthy and smelled. It was cold and the heater did not work. Maintenance was called and after banging around on it... more

I stayed for a week on a business trip, and had several things wrong. During a thundershower we recieved the room actually leaked, the telephone didn't work, there was no refridgerator, nothing, and the pool looked liked it hadn't been cleaned in days. Someone needs to treat this place better than they do. It's not worth the money or the... more

This place was a pit. I would never consider staying there again. Dirty, Poor condition, They even had a junk laundry dryer setting in the covered entrance. I made on line reservations and could not get a refund so we had to stay or forfeit $80+. It was not good, especially for the price. more

Never stay at the Regency Inn & Suites in Abilene, TX. Let me tell you why. I was visiting Abilene for a family reunion in August. The weather was cloudy and it was apparent that it had been raining for a few days. When we made it to the hotel we were tired and ready to get into a "DRY"... more
