This is a cookie cutter HGI that is clean, safe, and comfortable. The staff seemed to always be running behind and trying to catch up. Great location, ample parking, fast breakfast service, excellent restaurants within short drive.

You don't have to go far from home when the rooms are as great as this hotel! Easy to find location, has pool & our room had a jacuzzi tub that made a bath at home boring! Nice quiet, never heard our neighbors, would definitely stay again!

Management needs stricter enforcement in non smoking rooms. Management does not accomodate customers when cigarette smoke smell is in rooms. Yes management was notified, no the customer was not offered another room, even though management investigated and found that the room had been smoked in. Restaraunt was overpriced as well. Buffet breakfast is cold.

This hotel is near our company office. They do a great job for breakfast and service. They greet you with a smile and remind you to sign up for the rewards program. I got the sense that they try to accommodate reasonable requests when they can. They deliver what you would want and expect in a hotel.

We stayed in this hotel for a group function with work. The staff was friendly and kind and the rooms were nice. There were several places to eat and shop within walking distance as well. Overall this was a great place to stay with a large group and we would consider returning in the future.
