“excellent service and value”

Check in was quick and efficient despite an error I made in the reservation. The error was mine, but staff acted quickly to provide what I needed, despite the hotel being at full capacity. Breakfast was delicious with a wonderful variety.

When my wife went down to get an extra blanket before going to sleep, she was unable to get back in the room with her pass card. I was unable open the door from the inside. The lock was jammed and it was about midnight so she was locked outside in the hall and I was locked inside the room.... More

Do not stay here! Not safe. I was in an end room by the stairwell and someone actually had a key and opened my door. Fortunately I had the fliplock on or they would have made it inside! We took the "bypass" and there was the Holiday Inn just as we got to the Interstate. It was quiet (if you ask for the back side) and the check in was very quick and efficient. “Friendly, Quiet & Clean South I-27 Amarillo Hotel”

It was easy to get to on Loop 335 & South I-27. The location is isolated, but very quiet, and yet not far from restaurants on S. Coulter St. The staff was very friendly and breakfast looked very good but we met family elsewhere. I would return to this hotel!

Everything was fine. Friendly and fast check-in; hot cookies and a snack bag for the next day. Perfectly clean and comfortable room. Easy in and out off the freeway but far enough away that noise wasn't a problem.
